What makes Adam a terrific physical therapist is that he does not just fix a problem temporarily, he gives the patient strategies to deal with the issue on their own. Top notch, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Adam uncovered my issues leading to the pain, figured out the best solutions to unravel and strengthen the issues. Now Im on the road to being pain free and stronger than before.
An all around excellent experience. Adam is not only knowledgeable, but knows and keeps up with the latest techniques/ literature in physical therapy. My case was complex and tricky, however, Adam really helped my post surgical journey; highly recommend him.
Integrating ground swell therapy with Adam has been a game changer for me after just 2.5 months. My activity three times a week at the gym has increased my strength and muscle tone and I feel like I’m really on track.
