Erik is an absolutely fantastic massage therapist. I've been seeing him for about 3 years now and always look forward to my appointments with him. I am primarily a rock climber, but I also swim competitively, run, cycle, and weight lift often. Erik is very familiar with the kinetics of all these sports and the different ways they affect the body. He takes the time before every appointment to hear what activities I've been up to and give a quality massage every time. Would recommend him to anyone!
Erik has specialized knowledge in massage, which has been incredibly valuable to me as someone with a multi-level spinal fusion. I have been tension free, and no longer experience the migraines (a side effect of this tension) since I started getting routine massage from him. I cannot recommend grounding touch enough.
Erik is one of the VERY best massage therapist that I’ve ever been to in my life. He is very knowledgeable, calm and very intuitive to what my body needs before I even tell him. I highly recommend his services for any kind of massage; lymph, relaxing or deep tissue.
Erik is an expert when it comes to massage. This was truly one of the best full body massages I have had in a long time. He has great technique paired with intuition to address the many sore spots on my body from head to toe.
Not only are the massages amazing and personally tailored to my body, but Erik also gives great recommendations for stretches and exercises to aid my healing in between sessions!
