I have gone to Grounded Wellness Care for a few months now, adding Counterstrain Fascia Release to the other 2 modalities that I have been using for chronic back pain. Since I've added Counterstrain to my monthly protocol, I have seen such a dramatic difference in my pain level! I completely recommend Kelly! She truly is worth every dime!

I've been going to Kelly for over a year now for monthly massages. Recently I've experienced a lot of hip pain. At my last visit she used her knowledge of Counterstrain therapy and it helped relieve pain and give me more mobility! She knew exactly where I was having pain and where it was coming from. Kelly has a beautiful personality and I tell her often that she has a gift. I am grateful to be a recipient of it. I highly recommend her!
