Elizabeth is the best massage therapist I have visited. She made every effort to create a relaxing and safe environment. She also regularly checked in during the massage to ask if I was comfortable and if the pressure was not too light or too strong. My first appointment was for a non-surgical lymphatic drainage massage. I had no idea what to expect, but I was so happy with the results. I did an hour-long prenatal massage, and it was very relaxing. I have several small children and one on the way, so this was a much needed time for myself to recharge. Elizabeth was very calming and tailored the massage to my comfort and preferences. She made sure I was very comfortable and created an environment where I could rest. The price was reasonable for the quality of service I received. I highly recommend and would definitely book again!

I had an incredible experience with Elizabeth at Grounded Massage! She was absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what she does. The massage table was so comfortable, and the heated sheets were an absolute dream - such a thoughtful touch that made it even more relaxing! I walked out feeling more at ease and grounded than I have in a long time. Stress had taken a toll on both my body and mind, but Elizabeth helped melt that all away!
