Kathryn is absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough good things about her and the benefits I have experienced from reflexology. Before entering my reflexology session with Kathryn I was feeling lots of scattered energy. Between the holiday season and running my own business I noticed it had been hindering my ability to focus. I just want to express how grateful I am to have met Kathryn. I have been searching for a good Reflexologist for awhile now and have been blessed to have found her. I've just had my appointment with her this past Saturday afternoon, when I came to her I was exhausted and a bit ran down. After my first session with her, I felt better and rejuvenated, I even slept great and had a good dream that night. Thank you Kathryn for all that you do for our healing.

Kathryn blew me away with her extensive knowledge of reflexology. Her energy is warm and caring and her space feels very safe and welcoming, allowing you to relax fully. She is very intuitive in her work and tapped in to how your body is responding to her touch. I felt like I was floating after she worked on me. It was by far one of the most relaxing self-care sessions I have ever had!
