I would not recommend anyone doing any business with this company. If you arrange shipping with them they will contact the customer directly and undercut the rate given. Not an ethical business. Your reply is incorrect. We book shipping through a broker and quote the pricing given. You were contacted by the customer after agreeing the terms for the shipment and then negotiated a rate between you and the customer in which you received more than the broker when allowing for their fees but less than what was quoted to the end u... read more
