Jake is top notch. 2 of our children attended speed school over the summer and both came out faster, stronger and more agile. The program was engaging and fun for both (ages 12 &14). Highly recommend if you’re looking to enhance your athletes performance or supplement an existing workout routine.
Jacob Wesney did an excellent job training my son for football, especially with his speed, agility, and strength development. Jacob’s workouts were focused, disciplined, and football-specific, and the progress showed every week in how Brock improved in training with me also. I would rate Jacob a 10/10 and highly recommend him to any athlete serious about taking their game to the next level.
We love sending our daughter to Jake. The time that he puts into his athletes and patients to help them grow physically and mentally is a game changer.
Very good trainer. Does a lot of speed and agility drills with athletes and also does good work for athletes dealing with injuries getting them back on the field. Would highly recommend.
