Great service. Both the departure and arrival were on time. The driver was careful and very helpful loading and unloading my luggage. Will definitely use this service again.
I’ve had no issues with ground shuttle up until this point. My luggage had been placed on a separate flight and I was waiting for it to arrive. IAH said it was going to arrive before my ground shuttle would arrive. When my driver, Tommy, texted me to confirm his time of arrival and the terminal, I let him know in advance that we were waiting for my luggage to unload. Whilst in the darkest hours of the night my chauffeur ensured my safety by walking me and my luggage all the way up to my front door and into my husband’s loving arms. He went way above and beyond at the airport maintaining a constant contact with me while I was lost; he found me then helped me find my luggage - all at the latest of moments for his schedule.
