Not sure about the facility itself but the service was top notch. IAH-BCS transport was safe and expedient. You may be dropped off at their office or pay an additional fee for your residence. Must be within the specified range and IAH-BCS route only. Our driver, Michael, was courteous and efficient. Thank you. Highly recommend!
Straightforward service
I have taken ground shuttle multiple times and never had an issue. I took the ground shuttle from IAH recently on 05/23/2026 and a fellow passenger was running late and they waited 20 MINUTES to pick her up. However, today (05/27) my friend was supposed to take the 7:45 PM shuttle. He requested them to wait 10 minutes as his flight was delayed.
