Very good shipping company. The boss is really not a villain!
Horrible Customer Service. Called and emailed to get a pickup for a return. Heard nothing for 2 days then received a response. Wrote back right away. 4 more days pass by with no response. Over a week and still never received a pickup date so I called a competitor and was able to schedule a pickup same day. Told them I used someone else due to the long wait time and they said I should continue to use the competitor because they are faster.
