I loved the Grotto experience. So relaxing. Did not feel rushed.
The experience was not worth at all. We paid $277 just for the pool and water. They increased the prices and removed the refreshments from the package. The only thing you will get in the grotto experience is the pool and water. The spa used to be so good before they used to give free platters and wine but now everything is paid.
Staff were amazing—friendly and professional—but the experience didn’t live up to the hype. The pools are small, not nearly as magical as the photos suggest, and overall it felt way overpriced for what you get.
Dont know about the other people but i have been visiting this spa from last 4 years around this time. The grotto experience was the best until now. What they did to make it worst. 1. 15% gratuity 2. Increased the price from 90 to 115 which was still understandable die to inflation. 3. But they removed the food from it. The chat board and wine was included in it but now no more.
