This is not a relaxing spa, its trying to be but its staff and the experience gives over priced public pool, served by staff who need hospitality training. For a $500 bill I will be telling my friends to go somewhere else because this wasnt worth it Grotto: 3.5/5 crowded, no privacy, not relaxing. I had a great experience at the spa last Friday. I had not been since the new renovations had been done. The staff were amazing, the new cedar saunas were well maintained and my facial was outstanding. I consider myself "a spa queen", my expectations are very high when I go to a spa and I can say all my needs were met! I wish I lived closer, I can't wait to come back.
Dont know about the other people but i have been visiting this spa from last 4 years around this time. The grotto experience was the best until now. What they did to make it worst. 1. 15% gratuity 2. Increased the price from 90 to 115 which was still understandable due to inflation. 3. But they removed the food from it. The chat board and wine was included in it but now no more. Grotto Spa is pure relaxation from start to finish — a definite five stars. The moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels calm, welcoming, and luxurious. The mineral pool experience is soothing and unique, and the spa spaces are spotless and beautifully designed. My treatment was exceptional — professional, unhurried, and incredibly rejuvenating. The staff are kind, attentive, and make you feel genuinely cared for. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!
