if there was an option to write 0 stars I would give it a 0 stars. kingfisher has it best, and sure you have to pay seperately for the messages and pool at Kingfisher, but its not as expensive as this place (including the grotto). AND you have to pay to get into the POOL (115$) now. you cant get a massage and the pool sepreatly, it HAS the POOL added no matter what. a $115 PLUS 15% tip added with the message which cost even more! its so painful to write this, and I hate to say it but kind of dont at the same time.. Wonderful spa and dining
Dip: good, dine: bad. Eat elsewhere. My bf and I went to celebrate Valentine’s Day at the spa for the dip & dine package. We had a positive experience during the dip, the mineral pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Unfortunately the relaxation was somewhat ruined by a lengthy and non-cohesive endless tapas dining. It was the worst food I have eaten in quite a long time, and expected it to be a lot better for the reputation of the spa. I have been here 2x. First time was with my work colleagues and it was loud and busy. I didnt pay so I didnt really care. This time I paid...$275 for 2 people for 2 hours in the self guided grotto. I am not cool with the 15% auto gratuity when I was not provided a service. When we checked in I was shown how to use the locker and the lady inside showed us where the saunas and water was.
