The Dip & Dine experience at Tigh-Na-Mara is a relaxing experience. The dining portion was absolutely exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavour. Heather was attentive without being overbearing, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the meal. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it easy to enjoy the entire experience.
The experience was not what we had hoped, with my massage being cancelled on me, but they did do their best to make it right. Our grotto experienced was comped. We were also told we would have drinks comped. We were never served, or offered service of said drinks. It felt rude to ask. We want upstairs to get a cuppa and complimentary snacks... Perfection. We did the dip and dine. Drew did a fantastic job with our meal and wine pairings. Mika (sorry think that was her name) at the spa desk was lovely and so helpful. Ella was so welcoming in the Grotto. All the staff was lovely. It was sooo relaxing. Food was amazing, cooked to perfection! Big thanks to Merika for helping reschedule us at the last minute. I think next time we need to stay at the hotel too🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
My husband and I booked the dip & dine experience. The spa was lovely, service was excellent and the tapas dinner was amazing. I happened to luck out and get to the showers when one was free. When I finished, there were 10 people waiting for a shower! I would have given 5 stars, but the change rooms are small, and you might have to wait to shower and change, dry your hair etc.
