Good service, great products used, easy to schedule. Not much privacy. Change in bathroom across lobby from treatment room. Treatment room has 3 tables which are sometimes used simultaneously. Reasonably priced if there was privacy but considering the lack of it, prices should be much lower to compensate.
Morgan was amazing 🤩 Extremely informative every step of my facial I feel like I’m glowing again. Super clean and friendly environment.
I have visited this space many times and it is always so clean. The girls there are so talented and really show they care with everything they do in their services. Everyone was welcoming and professional. I was hired to take brand / marketing photos for them and you can just tell the care and intention they put into everything they provide. I highly recommend GROTTO for your skincare and lash extensions.
Today I received the glow getter facial with microcurrent at the Grotto. Morgan was excellent and has the most gentle touch. My skin felt like heaven during the appointment and I looked like a snatched glazed donut by the end of it! She is truly the best and will be going back asap!! Love her to pieces!
I love this place!!! Jamie is the best!!! Mia has been doing my lashes for a year and I’m always amazed with how amazing they turn out! Definitely recommend coming here !!❤️
