I had been struggling with acne and redness and my sister recommended I go see Morgan. I’m so glad I did! Grotto is the cutest place and while I’ve only had my facials with Morgan, all of the other girls I’ve seen in passing there have been so sweet and personable. Went to get my Lashes done for the first time ever today at the Grotto. I was a little nervous at first to get them done but, I decided that I needed to step out my comfort zone. I booked my lash appointment with Keely Panichi. Keely reached out to me a day before my appointment to talk to me and to see what kind of style I wanted and also told me she would have snacks, music and I could even take a nap. I’ve been a client at Grotto for almost two years now. From facials to lashes, this is the spot. I recently had a two week fill by Cheyenne and tonight I received three compliments on my lashes! It says a lot if you can comfortably and confidently refer new clients! Looking for “your place?” This is it!
I was given a gift certificate for a Glow Getter Facial, booked it with Keely. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me and made me feel welcome. She was very informative and answered any questions I had during the facial about products used and their benefits. My skin felt hydrated, was visibly glowing and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! Thank you Jamie and Morgan, this was such a great way for me to start my weekend.
