Love Leo Grote LPA and all their wonderful and bright staff. Been working with them for years.
Jeff King was a very unprofessional closing agent. There was a paper he asked me to sign that said I had not been divorced since I bought this rental property. When I questioned if I should be signing the statement because I had been divorced since I bought the building he became very short tempered and said you are just going to have to trust me and sign it.
