This was by far one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. I recently sold a property and received a check after closing, which I did virtually being that I was out of town. I initially attempted to deposit the check into my American Express business account, but the check was rejected. We recently had a loan payoff and Leo Grote Title handled the transaction. We had moved offices so our payoff statement was outdated with the incorrect address. Nicole and Linda promptly assisted us resolving the issue around the transfer of funds in time for us to close books before the holiday break.
