Highly Recommend Grosvenor's, me and my husband went in, 6 weeks before Christmas and explained we'd had a water leak which damaged the front room carpet and we were hosting Christmas, Alex was on the case, we were told they were fully booked up to January but after ring around he managed to get us in extra by the end of November! The fitter was prompt and skilled, he even came back out on a Saturday to 'stretch' the edges out to complete the fit, thank you Grosvenor much appreciated 👍

We visited Alex at Grosvenor’s to discuss flooring options for a new build we were purchasing, he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. We needed durable vinyl flooring because of our dogs, and Alex made sure we got the right product after a poor experience with another store’s low-quality vinyl and lack of guidance in our previous home. Couldn’t be happier with the service and fitting. From start to finish the service at Grosvenor has been exemplary. So much choice it’s almost overwhelming. After explaining what I was looking for (hard wearing as I have 4 children) in the hall stairs and landing, I was shown a few products that would fit my needs and budget. Awful experience. As other reviewers have said "Inability to take responsibility or apologise for their own failures.". I had a newly built kitchen extension, I hired Grosvenor's to lay expensive flooring. After the kitchen was fitted I kept hearing the floor making a clicking noise. I raised it with Grosvenor's and their response was aggressive and defensive. Blaming others such as blaming the subfloor and any excuse to try to confuse you.
