Best PT I’ve been to! Sara is amazing and in a few months helped me get back to my athletic life. From my knee to rotator cuff tears and my lower back, she knew her stuff as all the therapists there do. They are hands on, gave me really good advice and guidance moving forward. As a certified fitness instructor I can honestly say, this group will help you and keep you moving, safely!
Grossmont Orthopaedics was a wonderful, positive and effective place to go several times a week to recover after surgery. The staff are amazing and knowledgeable. They are also great at explaining why the exercises are so effective in retraining your muscles to function and recover back to 100%. I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone. Grossmont Physical Therapy is very professionally run and the pt's are quite knowledgeable and caring in their practice. They are current with regards to developments in the field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.
Over the last 3 years I have done my PT at Grossmont Orthopedic Physical Therapy for 2 knee replacements and 2 rotator cuff surgeries. I have been very happy with my recovery from all 4 surgeries in both range of motion and strength. I lead an active lifestyle and I am back to doing the activities I want to do. Believe me, I would have sought out other PT offices if it had not been happy with them. I highly recommend them.
