I became a client and did not receive an invoice for almost a year, despite asking repeatedly for an estimate of the fees that were being incurred. When I finally received an invoice, it FAR exceeded my expectations and ability to pay. "Surprise" billing is not ethical, in my opinion and client communication is paramount in service oriented businesses If you choose to use this firm, I advise you to obtain a detailed list of all fees in writing before services are performed!
