Lauren was very attentive and accessible she helped my college freshman out of a jam which was a great relief for us being that he is far from home. Very compassionate person definitely will recommend her services!

Professional is an understatement. Received traffic summons and was concerned about the points and insurance ramifications. Lauren understood my concern and advised how we should proceed.
