I had a issue with the city over a late filling and Terri contacted them and got it taken care of. Thanks Terri !!!
They told me they e-filed my city income taxes in 2020. Got a letter from the city this year stating I did not file my 2020 taxes. Contacted them they told me it was taken care of and it was not. Had to pay a $150 late filing fee !!!
I’ve been a customer for many years and have had great service until Gary retired. 2020 was not an easy year for anyone but my personal taxes are not difficult. They ended up filing two extensions which was not a problem until the IRS started billing me for filing late. I took the bill to them and made several calls. Nothing was done about it. They waited until the last day of the extension last year and promised not to do that this year. Promised my taxes on the 8th then the 15th and now they filed an extension. You can't believe them.
