I called the office about a migration of a property I was selling.The receptionist did not explain the retainer agreement would be a flat rate fee.Thus we expected to be billed on an hourly basis,we were surprised the invoice was for a flat fee.After this experience we called other lawyers and found we were charged above the average price.We then asked about his price for closing on a real estate transaction and found out there were less expensive alternatives.The only good thing about the migration price was now we have sav... read more
