I have dealt with Groove Tiles on 2 occasions now and have found them to be extremely helpful and efficient. They helped me to find an economical solution for my needs and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our pool had a few broken tiles, but since it’s an old pool, it was very hard to find matching ones. The staff called Kim at Groove were extremely professional and friendly — she came up with different solutions, compared colors, and found a great match. Excellent experience！
We walked in to "tick a box" in our own heads as having consulted yet another tile provider. We walked out having ordered tiles to cover our new 36 square meter deck. Kim did an amazing job of listening to what we wanted and laying out the tenable options without undue sales pressure. Well done to the team.
