Not happy with the service, ethics or the way the business is run. I would NOT recommend. Unfortunately I had little options but now that I have moved back to Buffalo there are far better places to attend!
Absolutely great place to workout! The atmosphere calms me down, and the layout of the place flows so well.
Wonderful gym. Supportive and encouraging like a great big hug!
