Groot is awesome, I recently order a 30 yard a little mishap happend. I called and they took care of it immediately. It did not affect my crew at all. I will continue ordering from them, price and service is awesome. You dont find that often these days.
Gotta love Groot.. lazy and inconsiderate. This isn’t the first time either..
Opened my bill from my current garbage disposal only to find out that they raised the price again by $25. No way I am going $160 for 2 13 gallons bags each week. Talked to my neighbor who is using Groot at much lower price so I called Groot and started my service with them and cancelled service with the other company which is doing nothing but scamming consumer by continuously raising the price and see if customers are still willing to pay. Not me.
Great service! Can always count on Groot.
