First time coming to this location was not happy with the results. Two long haired cats that has some mats. The younger one was shaved and really just needed a good brushing. The stylists didn't spend too much time to try to comb them out instead went right to shaving. The older one had much more mats so was shaved more. I will never go back to this place. They did an ok job grooming and removing matted hair but it was filthy inside. You are forced to give a tip before you even see your dog and the minimum tip is 15%. I want to support local business but this is my second bad experience there.
I will never return. They aren't very nice to pets on the grooming table which I've seen. They should be shut down!
Worst place for grooming! They nicked my dogs ear and it was still bleeding when I picked him up. They had horrible customer service and I will never go back. I usually go to petsmart and they say my dog enjoys getting his haircut there!
Not good – Would not trust them to be nice to my dog. Do not reccommend going there.
Best pet grooming shop I have found! You feel like you are at the spa! :) – Well worth the drive! I love taking Mocha and Riley to the Pampered Pet Spa! They really care about your pet and you can tell the moment you walk through the door that you are in a place that really caters to your pet. They have fun homemade cat and dog treats as well as cute "toys" for your pet! I think you can also buy dog food and shampoo there.
