horrible customer service I cant even begin to explain this dump and their emplyees im surprised they are still in business

The lady with the red hair was so rude to me. She told me I didn’t have any respect for anyone because she could hear my music. Telling a customer that..yikes never going to the grog when she’s working again
It’s a great place, besides the extremely vulgar and rude nightshift worker with bright red hair. She’s been extremely snappy and rude to a variety of people. Disgusting and vile lady, makes going into the shop a last option
Super friendly staff. Always works with the customer. One of the best places in Homer. Works great with getting orders to the village fast. Y'all do an amazing job.
Why would you go anyplace else? Not only does the Grog have every variety of wine under the sun, they also have a rotating and interesting variety of craft beers. Aces in my book!
