Great store, great people!
I'm aging in place and in the mist of starting my bathroom renovation. I noticed there was Kohler Grof store in the area and decided to go check out the Kohler products in person. Everybody there welcomed and treated me with such warmth. As an African American, I'm usually ignored in higher end stores but that was not the case here. They took time to show me their products and how well the shower faucet and handheld shower performed which was super helpful. Great communication for delivery time and date. Thorough review of delivery
I ordered a Kohler faucet for our kitchen remodeling project. I went to the Grof showroom in Sterling and worked with Connor. My experience was great, and the delivery process was fantastic. I received emails before the delivery date updating the delivery information. The day of delivery I received several texts updating the driver's status. It arrived when they told me it would! Thanks!
dont buy from here. very bad customer service and confusing. purchase order said 14 days delivery. its almost a month
