The younger lady with glasses( jency i think she said her name is) is the sweetest cashier! She is super nice, always been nothing but attentive and caring to me and my wife and will help you with anything! I have been going to this location for over 15 years with several different owners this store is relatively new, and she is one of the nicest cashiers ive came across! I wish i could give more stars :)
My husband and I visit this store often, and every visit has been a great experience. Jency is always very friendly, welcoming and provides exceptional customer service. Thank you for always going the extra mile!
I visit store past 1 to 1.5 year to buy frozen porotta special mention about the quality & taste best especially VB brand but my experience with one staff member past these years was disappointing. She did not respond politely when I asked for the price, did not mention any promotions, and never greeted me with a smile. It also felt like customers who did not speak Malayalam were not treated with the same friendliness or attention as malayalam-speaking customers.
