Went to do some shopping and had to return an item too. Michelle who was the on duty manager rang me up. Some of the items she rang up were not the same price that they had advertised on the floor and she didn't not credit my return!! Despite the prices CLEARLY displayed she refused to honor them claiming the prices on the floor were not right. Since that's what normal customers go by and not the new announcement at the register that the prices wouldn't be honored, I felt uncomfortable. It wasn't a large amount but paying do... read more
