5 stars overall. 2 stars: Jerry; however, needs to communicate so things run explicitly clear in the checkout line. I never had such a headache returning things in my life. It doesn't work in his favor to not be someone who talks much. When the need arises, you need to talk to get things straightened out before its a mess. The little he said didn't help. He is an extremely nice man, so that is good.
