WhileI find the price is reasonable in this place reasonable., I find the staff quite rude and cold. Most of the people that shop here are not very friendly either. But if you’re looking just for decent prices for food and other things, it’s OK. It was nice to see the people that work here smile once in a while and actually interact with customers. I don’t really like shopping here because of the rudeness of the workers and the customers. But the prices are good so I will probably keep coming.
A fun place to shop and discover new tasty items and fun little gifts. Owners are very gracious and an important part of the food bank community. They are a pleasure to work for and very very kind to all the employees past and present. Highly recommend Grocery Outlet in Marysville as your first stop for your family's grocery needs. You will save money and make friends along the way.
Rudest manager ever. Came up to me and asked if I needed any help I said no then he said that I was “taking pictures” in his store very rudely when in fact was showing the person I was shopping for what products they had when i called him on his behavior he was still rude. WILL NOT GO TO SCAPPOOSE GROCERY OUTLET EVER AGAIN! People like that need to check their facts before making “ASS”sumptuous.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to manager Linda and her daughter (also Linda) at Grocery Outlet on College Blvd in Oceanside Ca!! We "lost" our 91 year old mom today June 26 2023 and they helped us immensely find her after she lost her wallet in the parking lot and couldn't reach her cell phone. I was followed out of the store and accused of STEALING the products I purchased! Showed the little nincompoop my receipt. He wasn't sorry enough.
Great staff! Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly Come in at least 3 times a week and always find something new.
Worst customer service ever. I have been coming to this store for over 15 years and this was the worst customer service. Two very young women working. Asked to use the restroom and was told no their open its not sanitary. Then she told us to go to register 2 and no one was there to even help us she just didn't want to help us. So rude. Never of all the years going to this store have any of the employees been this rude. Very sad. Won't be going to this store anymore.
