This place use to be our all time favorite. I don't know if the owners just let someone else use their name but the store is clearly being managed by other people and they are rude. The selection is poor, store un kept and they don't really have Indian wear anymore (or at least the last few times I went in). The Tampa and Ft. If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. I ordered a custom outfit, everything was supposed to be dyed the same color and then when the order came, a piece was missing. They refused to give me a full refund and said they would get the piece from India. Almost a month later, not once has anyone contacted me to keep me updated on the status. I called today and they advised they are unable to get the piece from India as they are no longer doing custom colors. They now want me to go find fabric to match the outfit. Less than t... read more
HORRIBLE customer service. VERY rude from the second you walk in. Emailed them about a specific item, was told they have it, get there and find out I was lied to. Worst experience ever. I dont recommend this place to anyone.
WORST experience ever! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff. They would even let my wife try it out the dress. Hope the owner notice these comments and so something about it. Otherwise, you guys are going into hell hole with the kind of customer service you provide.
