DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! I ordered a pair of on clouds. I tried them on at home, indoors. All I did was try them on! They were too small so I returned them. I got charged a 15% restocking fee ($25) because I was told the soles on the shoes showed signs of wear, so they can’t resell them. Absolutely ridiculous. All I did was try them on at home, inside!!!!!!! Customer service was no help. So much for keeping the customer happy. Will not be shopping grivet again, and telling all my friends and family also to steer clear.
