Ok.. Even after reading ALL the 1 star reviews, I thought to myself "how bad could it be". OHHH it's bad! I placed an order wth Grivet on 1/24/26. My bank account was immediately charged!!. No order confirmation via email, Online order customer service goes straight to voicemail, wouldn't you know, voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. Ordered some new balance shoes online and they arrived after about a week. I was hesitant after reading a few other reviews but I’m super happy I purchased these.
Nice staff here. The young lady that showed me some shoes was very helpful. And they had some men’s size 14’s, yay! They have a 30 day return policy, which is awesome.
Ordered a package and here it is almost a month later and still nothing. Never do business with this company.
Cynthia was kind and friendly. She helped me with a gift return.
