I purchased a pair of shoes and paid for expedited shipping. The shoes were shipped ground. They pocketed my money and are refusing to refund me for the shipping service I did not receive. NOT happy.

Was looking for Merrell boots. Found them here at a great price. Ordered late Thursday arrived Monday. Seamless purchase to delivery. Impressed
Incompetent customer service. Cannot fulfill simple online orders. Ordered an item (North Face jacket) in xxl and shipped wrong size (small). Reordered the xxl because I needed item asap before son leaves for college. Again, they shipped the wrong size. Want to guess what size the 2nd jacket was? Small. They shipped me a small TWICE when I clearly ordered XXL both times. Do not order or purchase from them. I’ve spent $300 + just to get a $100-120 jacket.
