Quite literally one of the worst places. This place did nothing beneficial when it came to taking care of my family. I can’t put it into words how terrible this place is.
I worked here yesterday. It’s my first time there as a Cna from agency and I’m never coming back. I gave 1 star this is not for me, but for the residents. I feel so bad for the residents with the food that they’re getting. For supper, they had a very hard, dried pork chop, with gravy and rice and dried carrots. No snack trays for residents after dinner especially to those who didn’t ate because they didn’t like the food from supper. It seems their nutrition in this facility is very limited. The care my mother receives is wonderful. I can always count on the good communication I get from the staff. They ARE caring and very educated about what my mom needs for her well-being and happiness. They can accomplish things I can not with her. Thank you Griswold Healthcare!
