Richardson Griswold employed a former City of Hercules official, who was convicted of scamming the City of Hercules official for an approximate $400k, to create fake repair bids in my case when Griswold asked the Court for funding to do "necessary repairs" on my property. The name of Griswold 's contractor is Darrick Chavis of IPA Construction.
