I called this firm and spoke with an attorney after desperately trying to get information from my own attorney at a different firm for over a week. The attorney at Grisham & Poole was extremely kind a helpful and helped clear up a lot of things for me on the phone. I have a lot less anxiety about my situation now. I got myself into a situation and had no clue where to go from there. Ross and his team were wonderful through this whole process. They reassured me the whole time and answered all the millions of questions I had without hesitation! Catie and her team did an amazing job handling my case. Catie and the staff were very informative and patient while walking me through the process and they were very prompt at filing making changes the same day. This helped more the process forward.
