I do not know what these folks problem is. There are hard to communicate with, mess up purchase orders, don't answer the phone politely, I will admit there gripnail guns are great. Too bad you can't order more consumables quickly from them.

Way to strict on their employees. Nice people to your face but not in reality. They do anything to make sure you don't get unemployment. Their products are good quality though. I'll give them that.
