We had cause to deal with Grinters Transport recently. The service and degree of professionalism we experienced was exceptional.
Great service and easy to work with. Have used them from everything from parcel delivery to full semi loads. Reasonable rates too. Highly recommend.
Great customer service. I received an undelivered parcel card at my door step on Friday. The card says "your parcel will be available for collection from tomorrow at local Bairnsdale depot from 8am to 4pm. I called the office to confirm they are open on Saturday without any luck getting through. Must have been Friday early knock off time. I rocked up on Saturday to find out it's only Monday to Friday. Simple note on the card or a voice mail would save everybody's time.
Dangerous truck driver. Almost lost my life today.
