I love this bank, we have been there for almost 5 years and they are always helpful,
These are the most stuck up rudest people I have ever met in any establishment the manager was so disrespectful to me that in less than 30 days I wanted to withdraw my money but I was not allowed to I had to wait the full 90 days I would not recommend this place it is a terrible place to go I don't know about the actual grinnell Bank in grinnell but this one is absolutely terrible in every way if I could give it less than one star I absolutely would
The Best customer service you could ask for, there is just something about this Small Town Bank ! They have all of the benefits of the Big Banks, online banking, mobile deposit, etc. But I have never felt like a number at Grinnell State Bank !
