I’ve been to Gringos in New Caney many times and I’ve NEVER experienced a RACIST ISSUE! Today the host was horrible, she didn’t get my phone number to text when table available, but I saw her ask a Caucasian lady for her phone number! I was waiting on my table, but NOBODY called me to inform my table was ready! I saw them come out MANY times and call caucasians to inform them their table was ready! The manager wasn’t any better! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT GRINGOS!! If I could rate the experience a ZERO I would!!
Dinner | $100+ I am very disappointed with the experience I had at Gringo’s in Stafford. My group of professional colleagues and I came in to watch football, ordered food, and each had one regular-sized drink. Went to the Rosenberg restaurant and ordered queso that comes in a tortilla shell. Broke off a piece it was old and stale. I was told the tortilla shell is for decoration not to eat. I’ve eaten it before and it wasn’t stale and old. You shouldn’t serve old stale tortilla cup and don’t say don’t eat it, or suggest a fresh tortilla cup. It did no good talking to manger. Next time just give me mine in a bowl.
When you complain to management here they have no resolution capabilities and their vice president needs to be terminated immediately
