Thank you so much to Kevin at Grindstone physiotherapy, who helped me heal my achilles tendonitis and DeQuervains in my wrist. I really appreciated trying the dry needling which really did the trick on releasing some trigger points in my calf. Very grateful for discovering this clinic. Always appreciated the warm, kind receptionists; booking appointments was effortless.
This place is a great and rare find. I have seen two different physio therapists (Graham and Kevin) and the massage therapist (Ashley) over the past year and a bit. They have all been very friendly and helpful. They have given me a good plan for getting better from any issue I had and did not keep me coming back longer than I needed to. The massage was the best I’ve ever had. The facility is clean and nicely designed, with lots of plants and natural light. Would highly recommend.
I can't say enough about the care I have received from Graham. He worked with me prior to my knee replacement and now post. I am very confident that he will seriously assist with my recovery.
