Kevin was thorough and very knowledgeable. He was encouraging moving forward in my recovery from a fractured ankle.
Erica is always thorough and friendly. She takes the time to truly investigate each ailment and is able to figure out the root of the problem and treat it. She has treated both myself and my 12 year old son. Erica has great bedside manner and each visit is like going out for coffee with a friend while being treated. Great conversations, great treatment and great front desk staff too!

Awesome first appointment today at Grindstone. It was incredibly thorough, informative, and very helpful for my on going shoulder issues. I wasn’t rushed and was heard when speaking about the challenges I was having. Front desk team was fabulous as well. Just a wonderful place for healing!!
I’ve been to Erica for a couple of other issues In the past with great success. I’ve been having a nagging neck issue for a couple months, And I debated coming back (I have no insurance). I am so glad I did, because Erica Gave me the confidence that my issue can be fixed!!! I am thrilled after visit #1.
