I’ve dropped off several bikes here and they usually do a good job, price is fair but I dropped off my personal bike there for a brake job, they said they’ll need to order the pads and disks. But I said I need a quote first so they should call me when they get a price. 1 week went by, then 2 then 3 and then 4. A whole month… no call from them, no quote, nothing. Over the years we have bought bikes, had some worked on and come in looking for parts. Every time we have had an exceptional experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Grateful we have a place like this in our community!
It's an excellent bike shop. They are very fast with customer service. And everybody is happy to help and friendly. Also, the shop rates are good.
Went in for a couple parts for an older bike rear wheel and was looked after and helped with reassembly and information. Billing was more than fair. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
