Your BIKE SHOP, COFFEE SHOP, PIT STOP. We sell, rent (FREE delivery and pick up for MTB rentals), and repair and maintain bicycles, as well as stock accessories for you and your ride. Tours soon. We also serve local roast coffee, teas, espresso drinks, smoothies, homemade cinnamon rolls, WAFFLES, muffins and lots of snacks. Easy street and Cave Creek road access with seating outside on our patio, and plenty of racks for parking your bicycles. Everyone is welcome!

Great place to rent a road bike for a great price. Staff also helped me to make sure I could get my on out in an e-bike as well so we could explore the area.
Recommend. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable crew at this shop.
My son and I rented a couple hardtail mountain bikes here for the day, and rolled through the beautiful McDowell Sonoran preserve. Couldn't have asked for better service. They dropped us off at the trailhead and picked us up at the end of the day. Super nice staff, highly recommend.
Had a phenomenal experience renting an electric mtn bike from Alan at Grind n Gears bike shop. I would highly recommend this bike shop to all of my friends and family. Alan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
