I am disappointed with the product that I received. We paid $840.00 for a scrap book. We sent pictures of how we wanted our logo to be created (as a metal emblem on the book). Instead our logo was embossed on the scrapbook. When asked for clarification, since the invoice specifically mentioned “plate stamp large” - their understandable response was that’s what they had to purchase to make the embossing, but that’s not what we sent as a model for the creation of our scrapbook. If I could give them six stars I would. I have had two 19th Century family bibles rebound by Grimm over the past three years and they do amazing work. They may be the best book bindery in the country in my opinion ... highly recommend them.
Surpassed all expectations! I have a mass market paperback copy of To Kill A Mockingbird that is worth nothing to anyone but to me for sentimental reasons. The cover was torn up and the pages were separating from each other. Grimm did an incredible, and I mean INCREDIBLE job rebinding the book (See the before and after pics)! Great service (Laura is awesome), great prices, great results.
Grimm Bindery repaired a (antique family) missal for us. Bound with new cover, ribbon and some page repair. The service and communication was excellent. 100% would recommend.
