Did my personal taxes here and income properties/investments. It really helped having someone to help me plan out what to take out and prepare for.
I went for tax advice on my business and personal taxes. They knocked it out very fast and I got it back one day after drop off. Awesome experience!
We gave them our taxes about a month ago and they still have not finished them they don’t return phone calls please don’t use them go any where else. An today is the due date for taxes.
My mom gave them her taxes for last year before they were due. They do not respond to phone calls, emails, open their doors to the business, nothing! She still hasnt heard anything from them. Don't use them as we are coming up to a new year of taxes, as they still have last years!
I am giving this company a one. If I could give them a ZERO OR EVEN A NEGATIVE, I would!! They have had almost 2 months to complete our tax return 2 MONTHS (dropped off 2/13)...finally giving it to us today (4/11), 4 days until the taxes are due for the year. It was always "We are so swamped..." Well why was our return not completed before you were swamped? I guess they were taking other people in and getting theirs completed and ours just sat?
