The guy was rude and hostile to me. I just told him my attorneys in South Carolina where I live needed me to review a simple agreement that was under Utah law. Told him that I had a separate issue here in SC that didn't involve him, but needed the Utah document reviewed. He started yelling at me and saying how I have bad view of Utah law.
