Extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient. My documents were a bit unprepared but the staff helped me get it all together and I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. Impeccable service!
Miranda helped me with a title/registration transfer and she was so kind, informative, and helpful! I called ahead to find out what documents I needed and she happened to be the person who answered my call then as well and gave me all the details while remaining professional and knowledgeable about everything we spoke about. If I could give 0 starts I would. I was just there with my husband and the lady that helped us was extremely rude and insensitive to my husbands situation. She said she didn’t care or needed to hear anything about my husband’s family’s struggles. I understand it is a vehicle registration office but it was not busy and she seemed in a rush to be done with us. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Should be definitely in another field like the military. Because that’s the only place she’ll fit in.
