Grimes Computer did a fantastic job of data recovery from a laptop that had died. They put it on one of their refurbished HP laptops and were able to reinstall old genealogy software. Thank you Kevin and Elena for doing this for my disabled sister at such an affordable price!

My laptop was running slow so this morning I sent Kevin a message explaining what problems I was having. A short time later I received a call from Kevin and we were able to connect remotely and within minutes Kevin had my issues resolved. Kevin worked on my dell Alienware was completely impressed. So much that I purchased a laptop for my son to take to college through grimes computer. Great service and prices will definitely be my go to computer guy. Highly recommend Kevin and his wife. Down to earth people not the crappy tech store atmosphere.
