Worst customer service ever, three times I have tried just to get my receipts for my records with no luck. I can’t run my company like this, not sure how they do
No issues from me. Our Rep is excellent and gets us what we need when we need it. i wish they had a dedicated delivery team vs outsourcing to priority or whoever but that is minor.
Friendly and quick loading
Best customer service out of any print supply vendor in town, and has been for years. Would highly recommend Grimco to anyone in the print industry for supplies or equipment!
Grimco's customer service out of their Minneapolis branch has deteriorated significantly. They used to be great and now they are poor. Return policies that make no sense, nickel and diming long term customers, and they don't seem to care about their customers. Avoid until they get things turned around.
