Terrible company to deal with and the CEO Keith Pittillo is unresponsive. We had so many false promises from Grimco at this location and also New York. They don't hold to their word. If they promise something and give it to you in writing they still don't follow through with it. It really makes me wonder how they survive. There are so many other sign vendors. Look elsewhere.
I arrived early at this warehouse, expecting to get my job done quickly, but even though the dock was completely empty, they refused to unload my truck. It felt like they just didn't want to work, which is extremely frustrating. I've noticed that many reviews here are negative, and now I fully understand why. A word of advice to other drivers: don't arrive even a minute early. They won't take your load if you're early, not even by a minute. Very unprofessional service.
For Truck Drivers!! Dont come here 1 minute before your appointment time. Even thoe they have no trucks they dont care of our time. No space to park as well.
I've relied on Grimco for my orders over the past three years without any issues, until now. My most recent order, which will also be my last, has been incredibly frustrating. Normally, shipments from the Orange County, CA warehouse arrive promptly, even if ordered after 4 pm. However, this time, the communication and service have been abysmal. As an authorized dealer of Autobahn Films it was horrible to find out that they were no longer providing the films we needed. However, instead of notifying us of this change, they took our order and proceeded to deliver the wrong products of which some were DAMAGED! We gave them a call to inform them of the mistake and they said they apologized for the inconvenience, they would pick up the wrong products and REORDER the correct films.
