Since I can't communicate with the owners directly and praise one of their best sales reps, I want to give a good review, and hopefully he gets a recognition as well. The Sales rep is Brian Fredpan; he has been the greatest, most professional & knowledgeable person our company has dealt with. After other wholesale supply companies failed our company he had made our transition favorable. On behalf of the Hudson Valley Sign family, we want to thank Brian for always going the extra mile and for all you do for us.
Ever since their merge with Tubelite, Grimco has some how become even worse. They don't carry ANY inventory in the warehouse (even the common items). When we call customer service, we never talk to the same person more than once, and you're made to feel like you're bothering them. Not sure if the people are working remotely and I'm interrupting their video games, but it's a far cry from pre-Covid customer service. Very bad experience. I made a purchase on April 18 and was told I had to wait 3 for delivery. And I waited 8 weeks and I'm still waiting until I canceled my order on June 8th, they said I was supposed to get my full refund in a week and today is June 25th and I'm still waiting. They told me that they sent it by check last week and that I would receive it this week and I am still waiting. So my money has been in your hands for almost 3 months. that is very desperate.
