This was a well ran place no long waiting pulled up picked up and was back on the road great experience for me
Very poor experience. We have been trying to place orders with them for months just to realize they don’t care about customers or orders unless they are large enough for them to care.
For all truckers only one exit and you got a back up to get to your door so I stay outside till I call you very very narrow inside you’re not gonna be able to take a turn
I have been using Grimco for vinyl for years . I work for a trade show company so we give them plenty of orders. A few months back Joe Sierra from the Bolingbrook office dropped the ball and ghosted me on a vinyl/ink issue. i gave up on trying to contact anyone on this issue. I also tried to give them more buissiness and order Mimaki inks and products as well. I called about a back order and nobody follows up with an answer. I may have to find an alternative for all my supplies. Just sad.
do not come to this place before your appointment, although they are not very busy with work. There is free time for unloading, but they told me to stand and wait for the appointed time. I don’t see any problems with unloading earlier. Walmart doesn't have the strictest appointment😂😂
