Ordered some paper and ink for my printer and chose the pickup option because that was more convenient being that this location is only a 30 minute drive from me instead of waiting on a shipping… they don’t notify you when your package is ready for pick up, I had to call the 1-800 number just to be told my order BEEN ready for pickup, then I was told the location is open until 5pm get to the location expecting to pick up my package and was notified over the phone that the guy who controls customer pickups only work until 2pm... read more
Disappointed by the note on the front door of their store that indicates the showroom is closed. The notification should also be posted on their website. I wasted a lot of time driving for no benefit.
